What happens if I don’t like the website?

It is important to us that we create a website that you can be proud to show your customers. If you are unhappy with the look and feel of your new website, let us know. We will then make any and all changes to the site until you are completely happy with it at NO ADDITIONAL COSTS. If you decide you do not want the website, then your money will be returned to you guaranteed. We take all measures to ensure that you will receive the best possible website for your business!

How long will it take for my website to be created?

The length of time it will take for us to create your website from start to finish will depend on your needs and requirements. The majority of the websites we create usually takes around 2-4 weeks. Once we have a better understanding of what you are looking for in a website, we will then be able to give you an estimated completion date. We understand how important a website is for your business and we strive to accommodate all requirements and timelines.

Do I have to pay for my domain name?

We take care of all costs and registration fees for your domain name. All you have to do is tell us what you want your website address to be called, i.e. www.yourcompany.com, and we'll take care of the rest. When your domain name comes up for renewal, we'll take care of that for you as well. This allows you to focus on your business while we focus on keeping your website up and running.

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

Absolutely not! There are two fees associated with creating a new website, the development fee and an annual hosting fee. There are no setup fees, or any extra cost once your website is completed. The only annual recurring fee will be the hosting plan. It doesn't get any more simpler than that!

How much are the hosting fees?

In order for your website to be available to your customers, you will need a hosting solution. A host is a server or computer that is always powered on and it allows your website to be available to your customers to view. We have three hosting packages that are tailored to different needs but typically most of our clients fit into the "Business" category. This category is $30 dollars per month and is billed annually. When is the development fee due?

The development fee will be due after the website is finished and that you are completely satisfied with your new website. This is during the Launch Phase of the design process. You will be invoiced the development and hosting fees once the website is live. It is important to us that you like your new website and that it is something that you can be proud of to show your customers.

How much does a new website cost?

The development cost for creating a custom website based on your needs will vary. A basic website which includes roughly five to six pages will have a total cost of $500.
