One of our clients, Hi-Rise Sign, recently asked us to create them a way to get feedback from their customers as to how they found their business or website. We created two ways to accomplish this on their website.

We created a button that will always be visible to the user as they navigate through the website. As they begin to go from page to page, customers will be able to click on a button that will allow them to rate Hi-Rise Sign and provide them with feedback about the business or website. They will be able to use this information to further expand their business.
When a customer walks through the doors of your business you greet them and ask “How can I help you today”, Shouldn’t the same customer interaction happen when a customer visits your website? We created an interactive customer greeting avatar that will ask the customer the same questions. The customer greeter will ask the customer how they found the website as well as help them find the information they need.
